Even cooler temperatures with more precipitation on tap this weekend

Cool and wet conditions move in for the weekend.

Temperatures on Friday are about 10-20 degrees cooler than Thursday.

Temperatures cooling down even more for the weekend. High temperatures will be in the mid-70s to the lower 80s.

Non-severe thunderstorms and showers are expected Friday with more moisture expected over the weekend.

Even though storms will be non-severe on Friday, we could still see gusts up to 40 mph with heavy downpours and frequent lightning.

A slow-moving Pacific weather system approaches Saturday and sticks around through Sunday bringing more showers and thunderstorms.
Some storms can be severe.

A Flash Flood Warning is in effect from 3 p.m. Saturday through 12 a.m. Sunday for Cascade, central and southern Lewis and Clark and the Rocky Mountain Front.
