A low pressure system off the southeastern part of the state brings increase chances of rain to eastern Montana this afternoon.

Another system moves into the western part of Idaho and will bring widespread showers and thunderstorms to the Rockies and parts of southwest Montana today, too.

The low to the south and east will move out by Saturday, and we start off Saturday with decent chances of being dry.

By Saturday night, our rain and thunderstorm chances dramatically increase.

Most of the Treasure State will see rain by the end of Saturday and into Sunday.

Temperatures return to well below-average by Sunday with highs in the mid to upper 50s.

Memorial Day will also start out soggy for most, but showers look to clear by the afternoon.

Temperatures will quickly rise into the upper 60s and 70s again by Tuesday.
