Safe travel conditions on Thanksgiving

There are no major travel concerns for those hitting the road over the next 48 hours.

Thanksgiving looks like another mild day.

Lows will be in the mid 20s to mid 30s, with highs in the upper 40s to lower 50s.

We will see some cloud cover and even some light snow, but it will be constrained to the mountains.

We may also see some mountain snow on Friday, with a stray rain shower at lower elevations.

An area of low pressure will push through Friday night, bringing accumulating snow.

As of now snow looks to be fairly light, except at higher elevations.

Still, it looks like enough snow to make for slippery roads by Saturday morning.
