A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until 10 AM for most of North Central and Southwest parts of the Treasure State this morning.

Icy and snowy roads will be a factor for this morning’s commute.

Any snow that did fall- or snow melt off from yesterday that stayed on roadways last night- will remain there today since air and road temperatures will not make it above freezing.

Snow moves out of the area this morning after a moderate snow shower lasted a few hours through Central Montana this morning.

Clouds stick around Central Montana this afternoon, and we will even catch some rays of sunshine across the Northeast.

Snow will remain to the south and west of us tonight, but cooler weather stays around with lows in the teens once again.

By tomorrow early morning, we track more scattered snow showers for Wednesday morning’s commute- much like today.

You can find all the latest road conditions here.
