Mother Nature sure isn’t wasting any time getting into the fall and winter months here in Montana.

Another round of rain and likely even some higher elevation snow is on track to impact Montana Thursday afternoon.

An area of low pressure located just off the North Pacific Coast is drawing moisture toward Montana.

This along with a weak cold front will bring the likelihood of showers this evening for most of Central Montana.

Temperatures will also trend below average for the remainder of the work week, finally breaking out of the 70s on Saturday.

Weather conditions are expected to remain cool and dry thought the weekend.

Our next possibility for moisture looks to be on Wednesday of next week.
