The pandemic has forced businesses and restaurants to adapt and diversify in new ways that is especially true for one Helena restaurant group, who is now offering wine subscriptions and make at home gourmet meal kits.
The Big Sky Hospitality Group consists of Smokejumper Station inside the Helena Airport, the working farm at Oddfellow Inn and Farm, and the French Bistro inside Oddfellow Inn and Farm- The Maison. Together these three companies have added two new subscriptions to cater to the Helena community.
The Maison is now offering take home meal subscriptions where you can make gourmet meals with fresh local Montana ingredients in the comfort of your own kitchen.
Micah Eller, Director of Sales for Big Sky Hospitality Group says, “We understand that people are a little nervous about going out to eat right now so we wanted to give them the option to recreate these gourmet dishes in their homes as well, so these meal kits, they serve two and we are using as many local ingredients as possible including items from our own farm."
If you would like to enjoy some wine with your meal the Smokejumper Station is offering wine subscriptions that pair perfectly with the meal kits.
There are three different levels of to choose from, most of the wines are international.
Wine expert Angelina Brittain says she's excited to bring this option to the Helena area.
Brittain added, "Most of it is just bringing undiscovered wines to Montana, so we are trying to bring 3 wines a week just as a subscription, you can buy them a la cart or you can buy a 5 week or 10 week package we offer 3 separate tiers."
Eller and Brittain both said these new subscriptions would make great Christmas gifts for loved ones, while giving back to the Helena community.
