Missing and endangered teen girl located safely

(UPDATE: March 10, 12:20 p.m.) The Montana Department of Justice (MT DOJ) has notified MTN News that the Missing Endangered Person Advisory for Angel Four Bear has been canceled. 

“She has been located safely,” MT DOJ wrote in an email.

No further details have been provided at this time.


(PREVIOUS REPORT) The Montana Department of Justice has issued a missing and endangered person alert for 15-year-old Angel Four Bear.

Angel was last seen on March 7. She is believed to be with Shane Amyotte and his mother, Janalene Amyotte. According to the DOJ statement, she is possibly headed back to Fort Peck from Crow reservation in a red-colored SUV, possibly a Ford Bronco, with 22 county plates.

There are concerns for Angel’s safety. Shane is currently under investigation for sex offenses against a minor. Any information please call Crow Law Enforcement or Fort Peck PD at 638-2631 or 768-5565.
