Montana REAL ID compliant licenses or another acceptable form of identification will be required to fly domestically and access federal facilities by October 2020.
On Sunday’s Face the State, we discussed the REAL ID licenses, which became available to apply for Monday, January 7.
MTN News was joined by Sarah Garcia and Sky Schaefer, Administrator and Deputy Administrator for the Montana Motor Vehicle Division, as well as Michele Snowberger, Bureau Chief of the Driver Services Bureau, who explained the requirements and importance of the new Montana REAL ID.
