High pressure will begin to build on Wednesday, providing a much drier forecast through the weekend.

Winds will be the big talking point as we wrap up the work week.

We’ll likely experience gusts in upwards of 40 mph on Thursday.

The windy conditions and low humidity will greatly increase the fire danger for Central Montana.

Winds look to tapper off this weekend.

Temperatures will remain in the low 80s through the weekend.

Much hotter weather will return next week.
