Montana Ag Network Weather: June 4th

Posted

High pressure and mostly clear skies will offer up the 80s through Thursday.

A strong area of low pressure and associated cold front will push into Montana Thursday afternoon.

This drastically increases the likely hood of strong thunderstorms Thursday afternoon through Friday morning.

Periods of heavy rain and hail are not out of the question.

Localized flooding is also a likelihood due to saturated ground in some areas.

Rain showers are expected to last through Saturday before tapering off on Sunday.

This system will cause temperatures to drop to the 50s and 60s for Central Montana on Friday and Saturday.
