Montana Ag Network Weather: March 5th

Posted

Temperatures will continue to trend slightly warmer this week, likely reaching the 30s for some on Thursday.

Wednesday will begin with widespread light snow as Pacific moisture meets up with a cold front over Montana.

Snow is expected to be sort lived and taper off before noon on Wednesday.

Accumulations around an inch are likely.

Thursday will be the warmest of the next few days.

We will see a slight cool down this weekend as an area of low pressure travels through the state.

This system will bring the possibility of flurries most every day through Sunday.

High pressure is expected to build next week, allowing for a slight warming trend.
