Extreme cold will continue for the first portion of this week.

Overnight lows will remain dangerously cold and a significant risk to newborn livestock.

A warm from will push toward Southwest Montana on Tuesday.

This will cause some moisture to move into the state.

Central Montana will likely see a few light flurries early Wednesday due to this encroaching front.

Temperature are finally expected to climb above freezing on Thursday and Friday.
