Wind chill temperatures remain a major concern for newborn livestock again this week.

The Central and Eastern Plains will remain well below freezing.

Mountainous areas will see slightly higher temperatures due to an inversion.

Snow is on track to return on Wednesday.

Forecast models aren’t in great agreement regarding snow totals for this system.

As of Monday, three to four inches are likely for most of Central Montana through Friday.

The Hi-Line should pick up one or two inches of snow and the mountain will likely see seven to ten inches out of this next system.
