Weather patters are expected to become a bit more dynamic just after Christmas.
A stationary front is currently camped out over Montana which will meet up with Pacific Moisture on Wednesday.
This will bring periods of moderate snow to the mountains and widespread light snow throughout Central Montana.
Forecast models are suggesting heavier snow to set up in Southeastern Montana into Thursday.
Widespread travel impacts are expected late Wednesday through Friday.
It wouldn’t hurt to set out a little extra feed for the latter half of this week.
