We are tracking an active weather pattern this week.
A number of Pacific storms will move through the Treasure State bringing snow, and windy weather stays in the forecast through Friday.
This week sets up very similar to last week as far as wind goes.
It will be a breezy day in Central Montana before wind picks up tomorrow.
By Tuesday afternoon, gusts will get up to 55 MPH in Central Montana with even higher gusts through the Rocky Mountain Front.
Windy conditions are also in the forecast through Wednesday afternoon.
The only difference from last week is that more snow is forecasted in this weeks’ forecast.
Snow showers are expected in higher elevations tonight through tomorrow especially along the Continental Divide.
A High Wind Watch goes into effect for the Rocky Mountain Front and Central Montana tomorrow through Wednesday, and a Winter Storm Watch also goes into effect tomorrow for the Rocky Mountain Front.
