Strong winds will take us through the first portion of this week.
North Central Montana immediately in the vicinity of the Rocky Mountain Front, may experience wind gusts in excess of 60 mph through Wednesday morning.
The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Watch, which will go into effect Tuesday afternoon for areas along the Rocky Mountain Front.
Sustained winds can be expected around 35 to 45 mph for these areas.
Mountain snow is expected on Wednesday, however little if any of this system will reach Central Montana.
