Missoula Community Theater extends "intermission"

The Missoula Community Theatre had decided to continue their closure due to rising COVID-19 cases.

MCT states in a news release that they cannot reopen due to the inability to open safely with the current protocols in place, and cannot continue their season.

The following productions are unable to be produced, Plaid Tidings: Forever Plaid (December 2020), A Gentlemen's Guide to Love and Murder (January 2021), Working (March 2021) and Annie (April/May 2021).

MCT is looking to find pandemic-friendly, micro-programming that is innovative, can adapt more smoothly to ever-changing protocols, and be produced safely in ways that larger shows cannot.

2020 is the MCT’s 50th Anniversary year, and although they cannot celebrate as they would have hoped, they want to thank the community for being supportive.
