School board trustees with the Bozeman School District unanimously voted on Monday in favor of placing Superintendent Bob Connors on administration leave pending a performance review.
The decision came in Monday's school board meeting. The meeting started at 7 a.m. and trustees almost immediately went into executive session.
Trustees resumed the board meeting at 2:07 p.m. after discussing the item for seven hours. When Trustee Sandra Wilson resumed the meeting, Trustee Gary Lusin filed the motion.
"I move that Superintendent Connors be placed on administrative leave with pay pending a completion of a performance review," he said.
The board did not provide further explanation or details about the ruling, but all eight trustees voted in favor.
