Lewis & Clark Humane Society have added a new notification page onto their website.

The page is named Found Animals. The humane society added the page as part of a revamp of their website throughout the year.

Every time a stray animal comes to the Humane Society, a photo will be posted and added to the Found Animals web page. It will stay on the page for 72 hours.

Humane society explains the process of Found Animals.

“They come in, we impound them, they get vaccinated, we give them a normal health check,” explains Cassidy Cook, the Director of Communications for humane society. “That's after the fact they'll get their little glamor shot taken, and it'll go up on our website just for that period of time so that people can see if people have brought their animals to us. It's an easy resource for folks to use. Obviously, we always ask that if you're missing your animal, please come down to the shelter to look."

Humane Society says the website will be updated twice a day; click here to visit the site.
