The Montana Department of Justice has issued a Missing/Endangered Person Advisory for Caleb Wayne Taylor.
The advisory was issued at the request of the Helena Police Department.
Taylor, 17 years old, was last seen in Helena on Monday, November 5th. He was last seen wearing a gray jacket, blue jeans, and black shoes.
He is a Type 1 diabetic and is insulin dependent. The MEPA states he may be suicidal and made statements about committing suicide via insulin overdose.

UPDATE: The Missing Endangered Person Advisory for Caleb Taylor has been canceled. Helena Police Department reports he has been safely located. No other details have been released.
