Alluvion Health will conduct a drive-through flu shot clinic in Great Falls

GREAT FALLS — Alluvion Health in Great Falls will conduct a drive-through flu shot clinic on Friday, December 11th.

No appointments are needed; flu shots will be administered by expert staff, and social distancing will be maintained for all attendee’s safety.

What: Alluvion Health Drive Through Flu Shot Clinic
Who: Open to the public, all ages 12 and older
When: Friday, December 11th, from 12pm - 4pm
Where: Montana Expo Park, (enter @ 3rd Street NW)

Flu shots are offered at $30, but there is no cost with most types of insurance. Alluvion Health will accept all insurance and forms of payment. A news release states that a person will never be turned away from any of Alluvion Health’s services due to inability to pay - this includes flu shots.

The news release also states that getting immunized is the single best way to prevent the spread of influenza, and there are other steps that can be taken as well. These steps will not only help protect you from influenza, but work as defense against COVID-19 and other illnesses that may spread this time of year. Simple steps everyone can take to protect themselves against illness include the following:

  1. Wash your hands.
  2. Cover your cough.
  3. Wear your mask.
  4. Stay home when sick
