HELENA – A 56-year-old Helena man is accused of sexually assaulting a woman with disabilities.
Zane Richard Frisbie appeared via video in Lewis and Clark County Justice Court on Monday afternoon.
According to court documents, a witness saw Frisbie attempting to have sex with the woman on July 13.
Frisbie has been charged with one felony count of sexual intercourse without consent.
The judge set his bond at $50,000.
Frisbie will enter his plea before District Court on August 7.
