HELENA – A Lewis and Clark County judge set bond at $50,000 for a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman.
Richard Allen Hodge, 31, appeared in Justice Court Tuesday on felony charges for aggravated sexual intercourse without consent, aggravated burglary, and partner family member assault.
According to court documents, a woman called police in the early morning on April 1. She reported Hodge had raped her.
The woman told police she had allowed Hodge to come over, but told him he couldn’t stay the night.
Court records state the woman fell asleep on the floor, and woke up to Hodge raping her.
She said when she told him to stop and leave, he grabbed her hair and threw her across the floor.
Investigators arrested Hodge on April 2.
