Another COVID-19 related death is being reported in the Mission Valley.
Lake County Public Health announced on Thursday morning a fifth resident has passed away -- the third COVID-19 related death reported this week.
"The health department sends our deepest condolences to their family, friends and loved ones," a social media post states.
Lake County Public Health states the person was a male in his 60's and no further information will be released.
Local public health officials reported seven new COVID-19 and 167 active cases on Thursday morning. There have been a total of 660 confirmed cases in Lake County and 489 recoveries.
