The Butte-Silver Bow Health Department reported Monday that two more county residents died due to COVID-19, in addition to the third death in Butte-Silver Bow reported Monday morning.
The newly reported deaths are the fourth and fifth due to COVID-19 in the county.
“The Butte-Silver Bow Board of Health and Health Department staff send our heartfelt sympathies and condolences to the families of these individuals,” Health Officer Karen Sullivan said in an email.
The Health Department said no further details would be released to respect the families and protect privacy.
There are 177 reported active COVID-19 cases in Butte-Silver Bow County as of Monday.
