It’s already been an active weather day, and there’s lots more rain and snow to fall.

Rain remains widespread Friday afternoon, and will continue to fall through the night.

Additional precipitation totals of half an inch to an inch are possible.

We’ve also already seen snow falling along the Rocky Mountain Front.

As we head through the night and temperatures drop, more snow will develop.

See the attached video for an idea of what to expect for snowfall.

With the potential for snow, various Winter Weather Advisories have been put in effect across the state.

We’re also going to be dealing with some pretty chilly temperatures Saturday morning, falling near or below freezing.

You may want to bring sensitive plants inside given the potential for cold and snow.

Fortunately, our rain and snow will dissipate by Saturday afternoon.

We’re still expecting a chilly day though, with highs in the 40s.
