A storm system is on track to bring a mix of rain and snow at lower elevations before transitioning to all snow to north central Montana this afternoon and evening.

While temperatures drop this evening and roads are already wet, be aware of roads quickly becoming icy.

Precipitation is expected to become more showery overnight with lingering snow showers throughout the morning hours on Monday, which will most likely affect your commute on Monday morning.

Through Monday snow totals:

Great Falls: 2-4”

Lewistown: 2-4”

Helena: 1-2”

Havre: 2-4”

Cut Bank: 2-4”

Glasgow: 1-2”

Winter Weather Advisories are in effect through Monday due to possible travel difficulties. Roads will be snow covered and icy with limited visibilities at times.

The next chance of seeing some snow will be Tuesday night through Wednesday.
