More snow is on the way!

Today we stay dry, cooler, and sunny.

We are tracking our next winter storm system moving into Western Montana by Saturday.

Snow and wind are both associated with this next storm.

A High Wind Watch is in effect Saturday through Sunday in Central Montana due to the possibility of gusts over 60 MPH at some times across the Plains (higher across the Rocky Mountain Front).

Snow is on the way for the Plains late Saturday night through early Monday morning.

A Winter Storm Watch is in effect for these areas, and almost mirrors the areas under the High Wind Watch.

Over a foot of snow could fall in upper elevations- especially in the Rockies- and 1-3 inches is expected for most of the lower elevations.
