The United States Marshals Service has issued a BOLO Alert (Be On the Look-Out) for Howard Lackey Jr.
Lackey, 47 years old, is wanted by the Montana Violent Offender Task Force based on a felony warrant.
According to state prison records, Lackey has felony convictions in Gallatin County and Flathead County for drunken driving (4 or more) and failing to register as a sex or violent offender.
Anyone with information about Lackey is asked to call the Marshals Service at 406-247-7030 or their local law enforcement agency.
