An upper level low pressure system continues to draw moisture across the state on Tuesday.
This system has also caused a significant dip in the jet stream.
Because of this dip, very cold conditions can be expected through Thursday.
Temperatures will rebound slightly on Friday.
Conditions will likely remain to wet for field work for most of the state.
